Road to Nirvana

Decluttering is...
a ritual.
Oh yes—
the most underrated ritual.

Be it your home
or your mind,
this is your go-to ritual:
To cleanse.
To let go
of what’s no longer needed.

A whole lot of random stuff
you know you won’t use anymore?
Give it away.
Clear your space
of all the clutter—
the things that once mattered,
that once served you
in more ways than one.

And in life...

Choose your circle.
Choose who gets to inhabit your little world.
Know who your people are.

Pay close attention
to your conscience—
to know the difference.

Embrace warmth,
positivity,
and the kind of company
that nurtures your growth.

Ward off negativity,
in whatever form it may appear.

However difficult it may seem,
choose to bid farewell
to those connections
that no longer serve you,
that drain you,
that burden your spirit—
one day after another.

Your job
is to identify
and gently cut ties.

This deweeding
will do you a world of good.
Trust me.

Declutter.
Cleanse.
Clarify.
And come out clean.

Because the heavier your loads,
the greater your burden.

Choose to travel light through life.
Give away.
Drift away.
And move on.

Minimalistic.
Light.
Clear.
Conscious.
And free.
