My Trailblazer

No pumpkins
For chariots?
No mice
For chauffeurs and footmen?

Worry not—
For I have my fairy godmother.

Not every little girl
Is lucky enough
To be raised alongside
A fairy godmother—
Who would have thought back then
That this special someone
Would fill her life with magic...

Not by winning her a prince—
(She managed that part herself, lol!)—

But by teaching her to chase her dreams,
Spread her wings, and fly—
Fly to new heights
She never thought she’d reach...

And someone who would be her northern star.
Lighting up her path
With her kind spirit,
Guarding her like an angel,
Showering her with love and warmth.

Not with wands or spells,
But with fierce belief,
With steady hands that lifted her
Each time she fell—
She didn’t just sprinkle magic...
She became it.
